We are a privately owned company seeking a full-time DOZER/TRACKHOE OPERATOR with experience SPECIFICALLY related to EARTHWORK involved in Heavy Highway and Commercial Construction.

Please note that experience in oilfield, pipeline, utilities and/or windmill is NOT considered Earthwork for these purposes.

Please read carefully ... The following is a list of REQUIREMENTS not preferences.

1. ALL OPERATORS MUST:
2. Read & Understand grade stakes & have experience performing finishing work
3. Dozer & Excavator, within 0.1ft
4. Be able to finish & understand soils
5. Be familiar with operations SPECIFIC to heavy highway & commercial construction earthwork
6. Have at least 3 years of experience. You must provide a resume or a list of previous employers and the duties you performed for each of them. We will NOT contact you if you do not provide this information.
7. Be able to commute to & from job sites in their own transportation. (Lodging will be furnished by the company for employees who live 55 miles or more outside of the project area. Please note, lodging will be provided for the employee only.
8. Be able to get in & out of equipment multiple times a day and must be able to walk around job site in order to communicate with others.
9. Be able to work anywhere in the state of Oklahoma and some parts of Texas.
10. Be willing to move from one job site to another based upon weather, job duration and sequencing with no formal written or verbal agreement that employee is only to work in a geographical location of their choice.
11. Be willing to work weekends and some holidays.

Employment is based upon experience, not education level. Pay rate will be based on experience.
