Call Center Representative Spanish Bilingual - Roadside Assistance

Position Overview: As a remote AAA Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative who is bilingual in Spanish and English, you will be the first point of contact for members facing roadside emergencies. You will work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, providing exceptional service to members in distress. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you can deliver outstanding support.

Key Details:

• Starting at $19.85/hour, with a weekend shift differential of 10% (total $21.84/hour), fluency test provided.
• Full-time shifts in the Afternoon/Evening, including weekends and some holidays.
• Opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance, including towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, and mechanical issues.
• Assess the member’s situation, ensure safety, and document details accurately.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor during calls.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for dispatching services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of roadside services.
• Meet performance goals to enhance member satisfaction.

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.
• Ability to connect directly via Ethernet with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds; modem/router in the same room as the computer.
• Use of company-provided computer and internet reimbursement support.
• Ability to maintain productivity and confidentiality remotely.
• Participation in virtual meetings and training.
• Availability during standard business hours with flexibility for shift changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and a strong desire to assist distressed members.
• Proficiency in computers, multitasking, and navigating multiple systems.
• Knowledge of maps, GPS, and traffic safety rules.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
