You will operate equipment, prepare sites, follow plans, and work with a crew to deliver high-quality results while meeting schedules. The position is full-time exempt with base pay ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in excavation, construction, landscaping, or related field preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with excavation, descaling, and site preparation equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Prepare job sites daily by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution
• Follow supervisor instructions and project specifications to complete work accurately and on schedule
• Perform digging, grading, trenching, soil compaction, and debris removal as required
• Support crew members and contractors with excavation, construction, repair, and restoration tasks
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies, including proper use of PPE
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly
• Clean, organize, and secure tools and equipment at the end of each shift
• Work efficiently in all outdoor conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain
