Fullmer Excavation LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead excavation projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. You will develop plans, budgets, and schedules while managing risks and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in PM/Engineering with at least five years' PM experience in construction or excavation, plus strong leadership and Excel budgeting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in PM, Eng or related field is required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum five years' experience as a Project Manager in construction/excavation.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; problem-solving attitude.
• Proficient with project management software for planning and monitoring.

• Lead, plan, and implement excavation projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules and track performance.
• Identify and manage project risks and propose corrective actions.
