ACME CONSTRUCTION is seeking an Excavation Foreman to oversee field operations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and top-quality workmanship. You will lead crews, read blueprints, coordinate with subs, supervise equipment such as backhoe, loader, and roller, and mentor team members on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes strong communication, scheduling expertise, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. This position is based onsite in Utah with potential overtime as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Experience with construction estimating and project scheduling is essential.
• Able to pass drug test and maintain a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work overtime, occasional nights, and weekends if required.
