Morgan Hunt is seeking an Access Arrangements Coordinator in Chelmsford to support learners with additional needs within a further education setting. The role focuses on coordinating access arrangements for examinations and liaising with staff to ensure compliant processes.

The successful candidate will be organised, learner-focused, and experienced in access arrangements, exams support or SEND coordination, with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting access arrangements within education.
• Knowledge of JCQ requirements and evidence needed for applications.
• Strong organisation, communication and administration skills.
• A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate access arrangements so learners receive appropriate support during examinations.
• Liaise with assessors, teaching staff, learning support and the exams team.
• Maintain accurate records, supporting evidence and assessment documentation.
• Track deadlines and help ensure arrangements meet current awarding body requirements.
• Support learners and staff with access arrangement queries.
