NCFE is seeking Examiners to join its Assessment Delivery team on a flexible worker contract for the T Level Technical Qualification in Science (Occupational Specialism Laboratory Science). Mark external assessments, submit results during autumn 2026 and summer 2027 marking windows, and help ensure fair, accurate outcomes for learners.
Ideal candidates have Level 3+ qualification in laboratory science, teaching or relevant occupational experience, and strong written and spoken communication.

We’re looking for Examiners to join our Assessment Delivery team on a flexible worker contract for the following qualification:

As an Examiner, you’ll use your subject knowledge to mark external assessments and submit results throughout the autumn 2026 and summer 2027 marking window, helping to ensure learners receive fair, consistent and accurate results.
If you’re an Applied Science or Laboratory Science teacher, lecturer, trainer or assessor, this is a great opportunity to put your expertise to use and make a valuable contribution to the assessment of learners.Marking window dates are subject to change and will be communicated throughout the process should you be successful.
