Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Test Proctors. You will administer exams, monitor test takers for integrity, and distribute materials while providing guidance and support as needed.

Proctors report irregularities promptly and maintain confidentiality of test content. Schedules vary with testing demands and may include evenings or weekends. Pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Prior proctoring or testing administration experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer exams according to predetermined procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor test takers to prevent cheating and maintain exam integrity; enforce testing regulations and policies.
• Distribute and collect test materials, including exam booklets and answer sheets.
• Provide assistance and guidance to test takers as needed.
• Report irregularities or violations of testing policies to supervisors or authorities.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding test content and test taker information.
• Follow all instructions provided by testing supervisors and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Work schedule varies based on testing demands; evenings and weekends may be required.
