Job summary

Land Structure Ltd. is seeking Landscape Operatives to join our established team. Training provided. Ex-forces candidates are encouraged to apply. Based from our UK locations, you’ll work on housing developments, green spaces and sports fields across regional sites.

We value discipline, teamwork and a keen eye for detail. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, with progression through training in horticulture and landscaping. A full UK driving licence is preferred and CSCS is desirable.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player who promotes a positive working environment.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn horticultural and technical skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• CSCS card preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• You will work on diverse projects including housing developments, green spaces, and sports fields.
• You will develop expertise across multiple landscaping areas and ensure pitches are playable year-round.
• Support training and start with basic tasks, growing responsibilities with experience.
