Torch Technologies is seeking an EW Test Engineer to support the 28 TES Air Dominance Division at Eglin AFB. This role requires US citizenship and an active security clearance, with potential to obtain Top Secret/SCI.

The candidate will coordinate test activities, assess EW system capabilities, and assist in planning and execution of IDTOT throughout engineering tests. Onsite work at Eglin AFB, FL, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and travel up to 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to provide technical, engineering, and integration support in operational test and evaluation of aircraft EW systems, sensors, and weapons.
• Must be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance; active Secret clearance within last 5 years is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Program Manager and Test Director during planning, execution, and reporting phases of IDTOT.
• Coordinate test platforms accessing airspace, ranges, and facilities for lab, modeling, simulation, and flight test support.
• Assist leadership in identifying test objectives, testing methods, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in evaluating capabilities of EW hardware/software and impacts of new technology on current systems.
• Assist in evaluating advanced aerospace technologies and fielding sets; provide risk analysis and mitigation in DT/OT of integrated aircraft systems.

Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an EW Test Engineer supporting 28 TES Air Dominance Division at Eglin AFB.

Duties

• Provide support to Program Manager and Test Director during the planning, execution, and reporting phases of 28 TES MAJCOM operational test Integrated Developmental Test/Operational Test (IDTOT).
• Coordinate unique test platforms to access airspace, ranges and other test facilities in order to effectively conduct laboratory, modeling and simulation, ground operations.
• Assist leadership in the identification of test objectives, methods of testing, test support and documentation requirements for test
• Assist in the analysis of capabilities of new Electronic Warfare hardware and software and the evaluation of impacts of new technology on current systems.
• Assist in the evaluation of advanced aerospace technologies, electronic warfare system performance improvements, technology demonstrations and fielding set.
• Provide assistance with analysis, risk mitigations and alternatives in DT and OT of integrated aircraft systems/subsystems to ensure the government receives a fully supportable product for the combatant.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree with atleast 10 years of experience.
• Using recent rated experience, must be able to provide advice and assistance in technical, engineering, and integration support in the operational test and evaluation of aircraft electronic warfare systems, sensors, and weapon systems
• Must be able to provide support for programs involving aircraft compatibility testing.
• Must have an active Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.
• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Must maintain clearance at required level.
