L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Program Management in Clifton, NJ.

The role leads Electronic Warfare program execution, interfacing with customers, engineering, operations, and BD to ensure performance on cost, schedule, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has strong EW/defense program management background, a DoD Top Secret clearance, and extensive experience with Earned Value Management.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree optional.
• 7+ years of Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
• 7+ years in defense/aerospace program management, preferably EW or related systems.
• 7+ years managing large, complex programs with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Electronic Warfare programs, ensuring schedule, budget, EVM, risk, and deliverables.
• Maintain proficiency in Earned Value Management, including cost/schedule performance metrics and variance analysis.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative for assigned programs with clear communication.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and quality to drive milestones and resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver internal/external program reviews and financial reporting.
• Support BD campaigns with technical input and customer engagement.
