Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide full-time support to Navy EW systems at NSWC Dahlgren.

You will act as the subject matter expert for integration and testing of SLQ-32 v6/v7, and help develop procedures for testing, review results, and recommend production or design changes to meet quality and performance standards for the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS).

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years' experience or equivalent in threat system analysis, operation, U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
• Work onsite 5 days a week.
• Desirable: experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPs, and T&E documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time support to Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems at NSWC Dahlgren.
• Serve as subject matter expert for integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems (SLQ-32 v6/v7) and help develop and implement testing procedures, review results, and recommend design changes to ensure quality and performance for the SKCS program.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a high performing Operations Analyst to provide full-time support to Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems at NSWC Dahlgren.

You will provide subject matter expertise for integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems (SLQ-32 v6/v7) and assist in the development and implementation of procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.

You will work daily onsite at NSWC Dahlgren. Expected travel is minimal.

Required Qualifications

• Eight (8) years' experience or equivalent in threat system analysis, operation, U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
• Work onsite 5 days a week.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations and testing
• Demonstrated experience organizing and leading large meetings, workshops, or conferences
• Demonstrated experience systems development and/or creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
