Job summary

Serco is seeking a highly experienced Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) / Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) Subject Matter Expert to support the Joint Staff J-7 Deputy Directorate for Joint Training and Exercises in Suffolk, Virginia.

In this role, you will serve as the lead EW/JEMSO SME responsible for planning, integrating, and executing realistic electromagnetic spectrum operations in support of Joint Staff and Combatant Command exercises.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of operational experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EW, JEMSO, and OE concepts.
• Experience integrating EMS into exercises.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EW/JEMSO SME for Joint Staff and Combatant Command exercises.
• Lead planning/conference participation and exercise execution events.
• Design EMSO effects that support training objectives.
• Coordinate with OE, Intelligence, Cyber, Space, and M&S planners.
• Maintain ELINT data, emitter characteristics, and attack system databases.
• Produce and synchronize EW/JEMSO products, scripts, and injects.
