Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an EW Engineer to support AFRL spectrum warfare R&D. You will work across Electronic Warfare, RF engineering, cyber operations, embedded systems, and autonomous platforms to assess vulnerabilities, develop capabilities, and conduct testing with AFRL collaboration.

Hands-on experience with SDRs, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, and RF test equipment will be essential as you engage with AFRL stakeholders to enable demonstrations and future mission capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Physics, Applied Math, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of RF Engineering, Electronic Warfare, or Cyber Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with SDRs, Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Oscilloscopes, and RF test equipment.
• TSSCI SIGINT / ELINT experience or DoD R&D program exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support AFRL spectrum warfare research and development efforts across EW, RF engineering, cyber operations, embedded systems, and autonomous platforms.
• Assess vulnerabilities, develop offensive and defensive capabilities, and conduct testing and evaluations.
• Support integration of advanced technologies into operational defense systems with engineering teams and AFRL stakeholders.
• Conduct experimentation, demonstrations, and contribute to future mission capability developments.

A customer of ours is seeking a EW Engineer supporting AFRL spectrum warfare research and development efforts. They will work across Electronic Warfare, RF engineering, cyber operations, embedded systems, and autonomous platforms to assess vulnerabilities, develop offensive and defensive capabilities, conduct testing and evaluations, and support integration of advanced technologies into operational defense systems. The role includes hands-on work with SDRs, RF test equipment, EW systems, UAV technologies, cyber assessments, and technical analysis, while partnering closely with engineering teams and AFRL stakeholders to support experimentation, demonstrations, and future mission capabilities.
