Qualifications

• One year verifiable work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

• Review and process EVV approvals in the system.
• Review care plan accuracy and alignment with care plans.
• Address EVV setup issues with office staff.
• Review authorizations and discrepancies to prevent overpayments.
• Escalate over authorizations and scheduling discrepancies as needed.
• Run visit compliance report as final check.

Education

Two-year degree preferred

High school diploma with experience
