Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks an EVS Training Supervisor to lead onboarding and ongoing training for Environmental Services staff. The role ensures safety, compliance with OSHA and EVS standards, and records management for staff development and engagement.

The supervisor will create training materials, coach teammates, and partner with HR and EVS leadership to promote patient safety and service excellence across the hospital.

Competenze

• High School/GED required.
• 1 year of experience required.
• 1-2 years in Customer Services and/or 1-2 years in Environmental Services preferred.

As a member of this team, the main duties will be to clean and sanitize all areas of the hospital including patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, and meeting rooms.**Environmental Services (EVS) Training Supervisor** leads the onboarding, training, and development of EVS team members while ensuring compliance with organizational, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
