Baptist Health is hiring an EVS Tech I (Housekeeper) for the Corbin, KY area. This full-time, 1st shift role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, common areas, and equipment to uphold infection prevention standards and promote patient safety and comfort.

The position requires no prior experience, with preferred 1–2 years in customer service, hospitality, or environmental services. Training and development are available within a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Hospitality experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Environmental Services experience preferred.

As a member of this team, the main duties will be to clean and sanitize all areas of the hospital including patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, and meeting rooms. The Environmental Services Technician I is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role performs daily cleaning and disinfection tasks, supports infection prevention efforts, and ensures timely room turnover to promote patient flow.
