Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks an EVS Training Supervisor for full-time day shift. You will lead onboarding and ongoing education for all Environmental Services staff, ensuring clean, safe patient environments and adherence to OSHA and accreditation standards.

You will maintain training records, coach staff, develop materials, and partner with HR and EVS leadership to boost engagement and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Requirements: High School/GED. 1 year of Experience. 1-2 years of Customer Services and/or 1-2 years of Environmental Services.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding and training for all EVS team members.
• Coordinate education programs and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, accreditation, and EVS standards.
• Evaluate competencies and provide coaching for staff development.
• Develop training materials and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR and EVS leadership to promote employee engagement, safety, and excellent patient service.
• Provide operational support and perform other duties as assigned.
