Cypress Ridge Care Center in Monterey, CA is seeking a reliable Janitor to join our environmental services team. You will sweep, mop, sanitize spaces, and support waste disposal to keep patient rooms, corridors, and common areas clean.

We offer full-time hours on a 4-on, 2-off rotating schedule, competitive pay of $17.00–$22.00 per hour, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, a 401(k), and opportunities for advancement. A background check and drug screening are required.

Formación

• Schedule flexibility required for a rotating 4 on, 2 off schedule.
• Healthcare or hospitality experience is a major plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Able to read instructions and follow safety labels.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, resident rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash, recycling, and waste according to regulations.
• Sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and paper products.
• Assist with minor maintenance and room setup for events.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA/SDS guidelines.
