Job summary

Bronson Battle Creek is seeking an Environmental Service Technician to join its dedicated Environmental Services team on the 3rd shift. This full-time role supports patient safety by keeping patient rooms and hospital spaces clean and disinfected.

You will work with a supportive team, follow infection control protocols, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, public areas, surgical areas, and other spaces as assigned.
• Stock supplies and keep equipment clean and in working order.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Provide excellent service to hospital staff and patients.
• Work closely with the Environmental Services Manager to complete tasks to the highest standards.
