Job summary

Bronson Healthcare in Battle Creek is seeking an Environmental Service Technician (EVS) for a PRN Night Shift (7:00pm–7:30am) within the Environmental Services department. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, public and surgical areas, stocking supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure a safe and welcoming hospital environment.

The position requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, strong teamwork, and good communication.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize patient rooms (occupied and unoccupied), public areas, surgical areas, and other spaces as assigned.
Stock supplies and keep equipment clean and in working order.
Follow safety and infection control guidelines to ensure the hospital is always clean and safe.
Provide excellent service to both hospital staff and patients.
Work closely with the Environmental Services Manager to complete tasks to high standards.
Follow detailed instructions and regularly check your work to meet quality standards.
