Bronson Health is looking for an EVS Associate to join our South Haven Hospital team on the third shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). You will clean patient rooms, public areas, and surgical spaces while maintaining infection control standards and following hospital policies.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for supporting patients, staff and visitors. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment, and coordinating tasks with the environmental

Competenze

• Must communicate in English with staff and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Possession of a valid Michigan driver’s license may be required.

Mansioni

• Perform daily cleaning of patient rooms, public areas, and surgical areas per standards.
• Follow regulatory requirements and department policies; document tasks.
• Clean vents, fixtures, door frames and surfaces as needed.
• Restock supplies and communicate needs to nursing staff.
• Provide courteous service to patients, families and staff.
• Move trash, linen and equipment; ensure neat, safe work areas.
• Operate floor care equipment (vacuum, scrubbers, IMops) as trained.
• Coordinate cleaning with department staff and attend meetings.
• Support infection control measures and isolation procedures.
• Handle special duties such as biomedical waste and recycling where applicable.
