The EVS Tech Lead role at Medical City Las Colinas Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, focuses on cleaning, disinfection and floor care to maintain a sanitary, safe patient environment.

Reporting to Environmental Services leadership, you will guide a team, plan schedules, train staff, and monitor quality and safety standards across the facility to support exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Environmental Services experience is required
• Environmental Services training helpful
• Must be able to read signs, labels and notices
• Must be able to speak, read and understand English

Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the Environmental Services Director, Manager and/or the Supervisor, Environmental Service Technician Lead is responsible for Environmental cleaning, disinfecting, and floor cleaning buffing and maintenance. He/she performs a variety of routine cleaning functions as assigned, to maintain a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition throughout all areas of the hospital.

What qualifications you will need:

• 1 year of Environmental Services experience is required

• Environmental Services training helpful

• Must be able to read signs, labels and notices

• Must be able to speak, read and understand English
