Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, strip, polish, and refinish floors using appropriate equipment.
• Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor machines, sweepers.
• Clean or sanitize after emergency spills as requested.
• Collect hazardous/medical waste per hospital processes (DOT/RSPA training provided).
• Replace and transport sharps containers to waste staging area.
• Clean and sanitize garbage/waste disposal containers and manage waste."
• Cross-train on discharge room cleans and OR cleaning to support hospital needs.
• Complete discharge room cleans and follow hospital processes.
