Advocate Health is seeking an Environmental Services Aide at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center to maintain clean, safe patient areas and support hospital operations.

The role involves floor care, including scrubbing, stripping, polishing, and operating various cleaning equipment. The position offers a 40-hour work week with daytime shifts and rotating weekends/holidays; pay ranges from $19.80 to $29.70 per hour with benefits.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years housekeeping preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety labels.

Responsabilidades

• Scrub, strip, polish and refinish floors with appropriate equipment.
• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor machines, sweepers).
• Remove and dispose of waste and recyclables per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet department standards.
• Assist with emergency spill cleanup when requested.
• Cross-train and support other housekeeping duties.
