Job summary

UPMC Passavant in Pittsburgh is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead for our PAS Environmental Srvs team at 9100 Babcock Blvd. The on-site role supports daily operations, coordinates assignments, and acts as the shift leader during the supervisor's absence.

The position requires a HS Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and Act 34 clearance; rotating weekends and holidays are required. Shift: 9am – 5:30pm, on-site at McCandless location.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist with coordinating assignments.
• Serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with departments to meet specific cleaning and service needs.
• Ensure work areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor supply and equipment availability to support daily operations.
• Adhere to all departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
