Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor for Night Shift in Portland. You will supervise EVS Technicians, schedule staffing, and address patient and visitor requests to ensure a clean, safe environment.

You will lead a team, monitor performance, and uphold standards while collaborating with nursing and operations to improve throughput and patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5 years of lead or supervisory experience; OR 2 years of lead or supervisory experience with an Associate’s degree; OR 1 year of lead or supervisory experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EVS staff, assign work, and develop staff schedules.
• Ensure staffing assignments are complete and compliant with policy.
• Maintain timekeeping accuracy and ensure compliance with Oregon law.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration across shifts.
• Support patient experience and uphold environmental service standards.
