Job summary

Quechan Indian Tribe Of Fort Yuma seeks an experienced EVS Supervisor to lead the Environmental Services team in maintaining a clean, safe casino environment 24/7. You will oversee custodial operations, assign staff, train, and ensure high standards of presentation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3 years custodial experience with 1 year in a supervisory role, and the ability to pass pre-employment screens and obtain gaming licenses in AZ and CA. Tribal preference applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years custodial experience, one year supervisor experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Must obtain gaming licenses in Arizona and California.
• Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial staff scheduling, training and performance.
• Maintain cleanliness of gaming areas, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and restrooms.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and inventory control.
• Report to EVS Manager and support operational excellence.
