Havenwyck Hospital in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks a dynamic Supv - Eng Svcs, Housekeeping to lead Environmental Services. Under the Director of Plant Operations, you’ll ensure a clean, orderly environment across hospital facilities and residential programs.

The role requires 5–10 years in housekeeping (hospital preferred) and 1–3 years in management (or 5 years as a team lead), with strong communication and team collaboration. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma / GED required.
• 5–10 years of Housekeeping experience; hospital setting preferred.
• 1–3 years of related management experience or minimum of 5 years of team leader experience.
• Must be a team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle operation reports required.
• Internal transfer considerations require good standing in employment actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services staff including scheduling, corrective actions, evaluations and compliance with in-service requirements.
• Provide department orientation and document orientation completion; complete staff competency assessments.
• Perform performance improvement monitoring and problem solving resolutions.
