Bayview Healthcare seeks a Housekeeping Environmental Services Supervisor (EVS) to lead daily cleaning in patient areas, nursing stations, lounges and offices, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and odor-free environment.

The role requires supervising staff, ensuring equipment upkeep, and adherence to environmental services standards; strong English communication and at least one year in EVS are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in an Environmental Services position.
• Must be able to clearly give written and verbal messages in English.

Responsibilities

• Select cleaning materials, load service cart and clean assigned areas
• Clean equipment and notify manager of any necessary repairs
• May collect hazardous waste and transport it in special closed container for sterilization
• Collect or distribute linen, clean and soiled
