Job summary

Qualifications

• One-year supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer/client contact.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with safety, infection control, and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Interviews and schedules staff; manages days off, holidays and vacations.
• Assigns personnel to work areas and projects; plans and coordinates frequencies.
• Ensures staff receives orientation and ongoing education; maintains duty lists.
• Monitors inventory and use of chemicals; enforces safety and QA standards.
• Attends staff meetings and participates in QA programs; provides guidance to staff.
