Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ is seeking an EVS Supervisor for the part-time night shift to lead environmental services staff and ensure high cleanliness standards across patient areas and support spaces.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or a service-related field with strong customer focus; proficiency with Microsoft Office; excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• One-year supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer contact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong organizational ability.
• Speaks, reads and writes English to the extent required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Interviews candidates and schedules days off, holidays and vacations.
• Assigns personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Plans and coordinates project work to maintain proper frequencies.
• Ensures staff receives orientation, training and ongoing education.
