Augusta University is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee campus EVS operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetics in support of clinical, research, and educational activities.

You will manage staffing, schedules, training, and compliance with safety and infection-control standards, while collaborating with managers to meet department goals and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for students, faculty, and patients.

Competenze

• Educational Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent and 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• WITH: At least 1 year experience as an EVS technician/housekeeper.
• A valid driver's license required.
• Preferred: Associate Degree or 5 years experience as a supervisor in housekeeping.

Mansioni

• Supervises EVS resources and staffing decisions.
• Administers disciplinary actions and coaches staff.
• Prepares schedules and approves time for staff.
• Manages inventory and orders supplies and equipment repairs.
• Ensures safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Coordinates event setups and dashboard metrics.
• Oversees daily operations to support clinical, research, and education goals.
