Job summary

Redlands Community Hospital in Redlands, CA, is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) supervisor to support daily operations, train staff, and ensure high cleanliness standards across patient areas. Reporting to the Manager, you will help coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and respond to housekeeping needs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of leadership experience in a health care facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Three or more years of related experience in a health care facility in a leadership role required.
• MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Manager, this position assists the Supervisor in maintaining a high-quality standard by keeping him/her informed on the condition of all assigned areas and by training, supervising, and motivating the environmental services personnel to be sure all schedules are completed.

Hourly pay range: $24.63 min. - $35.71 max
