Job summary

Harrah's Resort Southern California in Valley Center, CA, on-site, seeks a Manager of EVS and Stewarding to oversee public areas and stewarding operations. You will lead staffing, scheduling, and vendor coordination to maintain impeccable casino and hotel spaces.

You will develop budgets, implement training, enforce safety and housekeeping standards, and support renovations while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in Housekeeping, EVS, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, planning and organization of the EVS and Stewarding departments.
• Directly supervise department supervisors.
• Oversee overall cleanliness of casino and hotel public areas.
• Schedule vendors and personnel across shifts.
• Assist in budgeting and capital planning.
• Administer policies and performance counseling.
• Develop short- and long-term planning goals.
• Contribute to training program development and implementation.
• Lead renovation and maintenance projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Resolve guest and employee issues professionally.
