Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma seeks an Environmental Services Shift Manager to supervise EVS and Deep Clean teams across government, healthcare and commercial facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety and infection prevention standards are met. You will lead staff, schedule workloads, perform inspections, and coach associates to maintain high service quality.

The full-time role requires Excel/Word/Outlook proficiency and knowledge of health regulations; pay is $23.93 hourly with a 8-hr schedule, and

Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet navigation required.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Knowledge of government public health and safety regulations.
• Understanding of Joint Commission, infection prevention and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and mentor a supervised staff; two years in maintenance/housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Environmental Services and Deep Clean associates to ensure areas are cleaned and maintained to standards.
• Assign daily work activities, develop schedules, and monitor staffing to meet operations.
• Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards; oversee infection-control practices.
• Train, coach, and evaluate associates on cleaning procedures, equipment use, safety practices, and infection prevention protocols.
• Manage associate performance through evaluations and personnel actions in line with policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and PPE.
• Maintain and monitor the work order system; ensure service requests are tracked and completed timely.
• Maintain accurate records related to inspections, inventory, staffing, and activities.
• Respond promptly to sanitation, safety, or facility concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
