Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager Environmental Services to lead the shift team and oversee daily EVS operations across public, office, back-of-house, and casino areas. This proactive leader will conduct inspections and ensure cleanliness and efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

You will manage labor schedules, train and coach staff, and drive operational excellence through strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EVS operations for assigned shift across public, office, back-of-house, and casino areas.
• Conduct frequent inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and labor management for the team.
• Provide training and coaching to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
