Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years in healthcare environmental services.
• Strong analytical and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Bed Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with day-to-day EVS operations, including scheduling and training staff.
• Monitor quality and operate EVS equipment as necessary.
• Serve as a working lead covering EVS positions in the supervisor's absence.
• Contribute to department quality initiatives and programs.
