Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of experience in healthcare support services, EVS, hospitality, or related field.
• CHEST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports regular waste, bio-hazardous waste, and recycling waste according to standards.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment around linen and trash areas.
• Operates cleaning equipment and safety procedures to protect patients and staff.
• Assists in onboarding new EVS Technicians and participates in safety activities.
• Keeps attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies and procedures.
