Job summary

Rivers Casino Philadelphia is seeking an EVS team member to uphold Rivers Core Values, deliver exceptional guest service, and support a safe, clean casino environment.

You will maintain grooming and uniform standards, lead by example, coordinate with other departments, and complete required reports and inspections on time.

This role requires flexibility in hours, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, smoke-influenced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong time management skills.
• Ability to have properly communicate using radios.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Rivers Core Values at all times.
• Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive work atmosphere.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards. Overall appearance is to be immaculate and nametags are to be worn at all times, and ensure that the Security Department Team adhere to the same standards.
• Provides exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
• Be aware of and handle guest opportunities.
• Serve as fill in for management when needed to cover shift.
• Maintains a safety program to ensure all team members have a safe work environment.
• Conducts pre-shift meetings on a timely basis to communicate key property and departmental information.
