Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a General Manager to oversee the Environmental Services (EVS) department for one or multiple hospital sites. You will ensure clean, safe environments, manage budgets, and drive quality and patient satisfaction in collaboration with regional leaders.

Responsibilities include leading staff, implementing cost-reduction programs, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will work with stakeholders to ensure program success and sustainment across the EVS portfolio.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping/environmental services management in a multi-hospital environment.
• BA/BS in Management or related field preferred; relevant certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day EVS operations for a single hospital or multi-site sites.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and compliance with Trinity Health quality standards and regulations.
• Develop and manage program budgets and operating systems; drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with regional managers and stakeholders to align with THS/EVS goals.
