Qualifications

• Provides leadership and management oversight for continuous improvement of the EVS operating model.
• Manages Environmental Services team using KPIs and evidence-based techniques to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Completes performance reviews, hiring, disciplinary actions, and staff development.
