Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a facilities supervisor to assist the Director in overseeing the operational needs of the facility. You will act as a liaison between the sector and the client, ensuring the highest level of service and coordinating staff across departments.

The role requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent) and several years of relevant experience, with strong emphasis on staffing, budgeting, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of additional relevant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to manage staff using a participative approach and develop budgets.
• Excellent stress management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with facility policies.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of personnel.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; can recommend action items.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Schedules major project work, assuring adequate staff and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
