Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for the 2nd shift in the Pittsburgh area. You will supervise frontline staff and coordinate with hospital administration to ensure high-quality cleaning and support services.

Responsibilities include staffing plans, training, inspections, and monthly goal reporting; strong leadership and contract administration skills are required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Generates monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments and plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Coordinates with administration and other departments.
• Manages outside services coordination.
