Job summary

The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center seeks an Environmental Services Coordinator to ensure uninterrupted housekeeping operations across the center and affiliated spaces including the CRC Institute Laboratory Space, cafeterias, the Cloisters, and the Edmond J. Safra Family Lodge.

You will lead EVS activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and manage quality assurance, procurement, and service contracts to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of qualifying experience equivalent to GS-12 in Federal service.
• Experience coordinating improvements to a Clinical Environmental Services Program.
• Experience preparing contractor statements of work and sole source justifications.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental Services operations to ensure uninterrupted housekeeping for the NIH Clinical Center and related facilities.
• Oversee EVS activities for the CRC Institute Laboratory Space, cafeterias, the Cloisters, and the Edmond J. Safra Family Lodge.
