Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work some differing shifts.
• Strong service/quality attitude.

• Proficient in Windows-based office software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection process and schedule time off to meet staffing needs.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment usage.
• Ensure staff orientation, initial training, and ongoing education are provided.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to maximize performance.
• Discipline associates when necessary according to guidelines.
• Prepare disciplinary and variance reports and follow up on investigations.
• Maintain an environment that is sanitary, attractive and orderly.
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture and management philosophy.
• Demonstrate leadership in meeting performance plans.
