Responsibilities

• Act as a shift supervisor and oversee sales associates when a supervisor is absent.
• Participate in people management activities for unit team members, such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
• Perform inspections and quality auditing, and look for ways to improve the retail experience.
• Provide training for new recruits, and ensure current employee knowledge is up to date.
• Perform all duties of EVS Associates
