Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment's Cherokee Casino in Oklahoma seeks an EVS Lead to maintain a pristine environment across the casino, offices, and back-of-house areas. You will supervise staff, ensure productivity, and guide special cleaning projects while also performing hands-on cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.

You will train attendants, coordinate schedules, assist guests, and work with maintenance when repairs are needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of related experience
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming authority license
Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Oversees and maintains high standards of cleanliness in all casino operations and venues
Trains and coaches EVS Attendants to meet cleanliness standards
Ensures productivity of shift personnel and tracks staff time schedules
Performs cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal
Identifies and coordinates maintenance repairs with the shift supervisor
Performs basic maintenance on EVS equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and extractors
Assists guests by answering questions and providing directions
