Job summary

Royal Oaks Retirement Community in Sun City, AZ is seeking an EVS Lead Housekeeping Attendant to oversee cleaning operations and staff performance. The role emphasizes training Attendants, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring facilities remain clean and well-kept for residents and staff.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Starting pay is $18.54 per hour, with experience-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• Has knowledge of custodial, housekeeping and floor care.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
• Organized, multitask, and adapt to situations.
• Preferably knowledge on using iPad; training provided.
• Able to complete training on computer and/or other devices.
• Maintain current knowledge of trade/industry advances.

Responsibilities

• Train Attendants on cleaning processes and safety precautions.
• Ensure resident cleaning schedules are completed on time.
• Inspect cleanliness of resident homes, halls, restrooms, and common areas.
• Document inspection results and use for recognition or retraining.
• Distribute housekeeping supplies and manage inventory.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting to supervisors.
