Job summary

Royal Oaks Retirement Community in Sun City, AZ seeks an EVS Housekeeping Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. This full-time role features a 7:00am-3:30pm Tuesday-Saturday schedule and involves cleaning, laundry, and supporting day-to-day operations.

You will operate washing machines, restock supplies, and assist with general upkeep while following safety procedures and reporting maintenance needs. Training provided, English communication required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of custodial, housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Familiarity with using iPad; training provided.
• Must read/communicate in English with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleans living areas, lobbies, restrooms, corridors and other spaces to meet health standards.
• Operates washing machines to launder clothes and linens.
• Restocks supplies and maintains clean, organized storage areas.
• Assists with general upkeep and communicates maintenance needs to supervisor.
